These are the people who work here. The health-care team. Which now includes 7 qualified Veterinary Nurses.

Karen started it all, in 1993. Her personality is stamped indelibly on the practice and everything we stand for. Karen qualified in 1989 in Utrecht, Holland.

At home, Karen enjoys the company of 2 cats, a dog, and a husband. Click on Karen to see Guusje.

Rachel has just joined us. She qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2009. Her interests include feline medicine and dermatology.

She enjoys hiking and, crucially for the greedy Cogges staff, baking.

Sarah joined Cogges in March 2011 and like so many of us, she owns a black Lab. Sarah qualified from Cambridge in 2007. She loves to travel, and (slightly worryingly) has a black belt in karate! Already she is showing herself to be an important part of the veterinary team. Click on Sarah to see Sacha.

Doris qualified in 2000, in Vienna, spent some time in South Africa doing research before settling in the UK in April 2002. If you click on Doris you will see another picture of her cat, this time without Doris.

Sam, one of our home-trained qualified veterinary nurses, left us in August 2007 to gain more experience, but returned in November of 2008. It's really good to have her back.

Her special interests are behaviour and rabbit medicine.

Great news! Sam is now the mother of a lovely and healthy baby boy..

Aimee has been with Cogges for quite a while as a Saturday-only trainee, but since November she has joined us as a full-time member of staff. Already she is developing into a popular and valuable member of the Cogges team. She brings enthusiasm and youth to the practice and makes us all feel old...

Aimee has a dog called Monty (click her picture to reveal him) and a rabbit called Oscar.

Congratulations to Laura for passing her exams! She is now a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse.

Laura joined Cogges at the end of June 2007. She used to be a hairdresser, but chose to drastically change her career. She shows a lot of enthusiasm and skill and is an important member to the team.

Lauren joined the Cogges team in July 2011, as a second year trainee nurse, having recently passed her 1st year exams.

Lauren has a cocker spaniel, Molly, who enjoys long walks. She also has 2 bunnies, named Barney and Fudge.

Lisa is our excellent head nurse, popular with clients and staff. She joined us in May 2002, but worked for us before as a locum and brings a wealth of experience to our practice.

Jessica has been with the Cogges veterinary team since 1995. She qualified as a veterinary nurse in October 1994 after training at Langford Veterinary School in Bristol. More recently she has successfully been helping with the administration and management of the  practice.

Jessica's dog is called Milo, a Jack Russell with a lot of attitude, not quite matched by his intelligence. To see Milo, click on Jess.

Jess has 2 sons, Tom and Jack, and works for us on a part-time basis.

Kerry (also known as Little Kerry) is a qualified veterinary nurse. She has been with Cogges since October 2002. Kerry brings a lot of enthusiasm to the practice and manages our enormously popular puppy parties.

Click on Kerry's picture to see her dog.

Kay, like Lauren, joined us in July 2011. She is due to complete her veterinary nurse degree at the end of this year. Kay is interested in animal behaviour and hopes to develop that interest once she has qualified.

Kay has 2 feline friends: Pipsy and Diva. Click on Kay to see one of them.

Kerry (CVPM) has been with Cogges since the beginning of 2001. She is the most important member of our management team. To see part of the management team in action, click here

Kerry is the proud mum of Henry & Marcia. Click on Kerry to see the Henry and his 2 best friends.
